Judith Millar is a writer of children’s song lyrics and poems, with nearly 100 published works on 10 CDs by popular children's performing artist / educator RONNO. A former puppeteer, she has performed in schools across southern Ontario. She moved to Nanaimo, BC in 2007. Judy’s humorous and catchy lyrics have helped RONNO’s CDs earn numerous awards, including Teachers’ and Parents’ Choice Awards (USA). A serious children’s poem – “The Party” – dealt with ethnic stereotyping and religious intolerance, and earned her an international poetry award presented in Monterey, Mexico in 1993.
